In order to increase and optimize production, but also to meet new demands, Righetti has made new investments by acquiring new high-performance equipments.
Among these equipments, we have recently set up the 1st automatic storage and supply machine in France with our partner Macotec.
It is a nice acquisition, but what are its advantages?

With a storage capacity of 474 tons of glass and more than 100 references, this new equipment allows us to offer you an even larger and more varied stock of glasses. You will also benefit from short lead times all year round!
An increased production speed
The automatic processing of orders and the elimination of numerous manipulations makes it possible to reduce production and glass cutting times.
Safety and risk reduction at work
In addition to increasing productivity, this machine also increases our employees’ safety. By eliminating several manipulations and optimizing the processing of glass cutting, the risk of accidents at work or musculoskeletal disorders is reduced.
An approach in favour of the environment
Finally, the optimization of glass cutting allows a significant reduction in the volume of waste and therefore the number of recycled glass wastes.
And this is only the beginning! The acquisition of this machine is only the first step in our expansion. Indeed, new equipments will soon arrive in our offices, including a tempering furnace!
